  1. Apple’s training policies are effective and it is clear they have great policies in place. I do not think the inside views will negatively affect the Apple experience. Understanding how apple trains might boost other company’s interest in training. In order to become a competitor, companies need to be willing to invest in training and offer their employees the resources they need to be successful at customer service.
